Grant Agreement of ClimACT Project was signed in Santander
On September 26, 2016 the Grant Agreement of ClimACT Project was signed in Santander by the Regional Minister and Marta Almeida, the coordinator of the ClimACT Project, on behalf of Instituto Superior Técnico.
