Goals:
The objectives are:
- to evaluate what measures are applicable in schools to move towards a low carbon economy and whether the LCA can be a useful instrument in this context, considering that final idea is to create a tool which integrates different points of view, including building efficiency or cost-benefit analysis, among others.
- to know, what are the current barriers which difficult the advance towards sustainability in the educational field.
- to investigate the possible ways to overcome those barriers.
Pedagogical methods:
The contents are presented in PowerPoint format, with oral presentation, and will be distributed to the trainees in paper format.
Target Public:
LCA research experts, administration sector, educational framework and non-governmental organizations (NGO).
