ClimACT @ Cycle of Culture and Knowledge
The municipality of Ponte de Sor, within the scope of the Culture and Knowledge Cycle, invited the ClimACT project to share the work developed as well as knowledge about the theme to which this project focuses, with a local population.
On November 3rd, Joana Lage from the IST team shared with the public, formed by interested local inhabitants, teachers of the municipality and responsible for the environment of the municipality, how schools can act against climate change, thus demonstrating the performance of this project, its objectives and practical actions implemented in ClimACT schools. At the end of the session there was time for questions and discussion of relevant topics.
These initiatives allow us to spread the word of the ClimACT project!
