ClimACT was present in Ciência 2018/Science 2018, an annual meeting of Portuguese researchers. The ClimACT work performed in schools along the technical audits were there explained, with focus in the indoor air quality (IAQ) assessment performed.
The equipment used, the main results and some important measures to improve the IAQ were shared with the interested public. This exposition was integrated in the stand of the C2TN – Centro de Ciências e Tecnologias Nucleares/Instituto Superior Técnico.
Furthermore, the ClimACT project was also shared by a poster presentation.
Ciência 2018:
Portuguese scientific event intended to promote the broad debate of the main themes and challenges of the scientific agenda beyond the universe of research. Therefore, this event has as main objective the interactive participation between the business sector and the general public.
As part of the definition of missions guided by the United Nations 2030 Agenda, based on the 17 Sustainable Development Objectives (ODS), the Science 2018 program was organized in sessions that were intended to encourage the debate on the Design of the Future 9 European Framework Program for Research and Innovation, 2021-2028.
