15 years of the Interreg Sudoe programme
Today will be celebrated the 15 years of the territorial cooperation of the Interreg Sudoe programme to the economic, social, territorial and cultural development of South-West Europe!
For this purpose, the Committee of the Regions in Brussels will host a half-day conference, in which political and institutional representatives will discuss the achievements and challenges of territorial cooperation. This event will try to provide a reflection on key questions for south-western Europe with a view to the future of cohesion policy.
This event will account with the participation of Interreg Sudoe projects who will share their experiences regarding the impact of the programme at territorial and sectoral level. The ClimACT project was invited to participate and share with the audiance it’s local application and contributions. The ClimACT coordinator, Marta Almeida, from Instituto Superior Técnico, will be there to present the project, accompanied by Jackie Linares, Education Adviser, Department of Education, HM Government of Gibraltar, who will share the ClimACT impact in Gibraltar.
